Want to give one of the Four Men Toasts?

It is traditional at the Philadelphia feast to have four toasts to four sets of men: the Four Men Toasts! These are as follow:

• To the Men of the Hour, Belloc and Chesterton! 
• To the Men gone before us, those Saints and Suffering! 
• To the Men here gathered, and to the Feast that gathers us! 
• To the Men who prove themselves unworthy of that name, by refusing Grace, beer, and good meat, that they may be converted and feast with us in the end! 

When we say a toast, we don't just mean raising a glass and saying "cheers"—we mean something more akin to a best man speech at a wedding, or a comedy roast, or closing arguments in a television courtroom drama... well, maybe not the last, but you get the idea.
